Shipping 
With 4 stores in Melbourne and 2 warehouses we generally have stock ready for dispatch. Where possible we ship all in stock orders the next day or within 3 business days if we are wating on a stock transfer betweeen our stores/warehouses. 
Items are sent from our Coburg warehouse in Melbourne daily. 
Generally we have in stock all items but occasionally we may have to order an item in - we will notify you via email or phone if there is going to be any delays to your order being sent.

For shipments within Australia we charge a Flat rate of 12.00 - $15.00 per order depending on your Post Code
For International Buyers please contact us for a Shipping Quote. 
For International Buyers the payment option available is Paypal only.
 

Returns Policy 
Your satisfaction is our first priority at In 2 Linen. 
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
· you have proof of purchase; 
· the item has not been opened; 
· the item is in saleable condition;
· the item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached 
· the item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector or pillow 
We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases, exchange only. 
Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
