Dispatch & delivery

With four stores across Melbourne and three dedicated warehouses, we generally have stock ready for immediate dispatch. Where possible, orders are shipped the same day or within two business days if a stock transfer is required.

All orders are shipped daily from our Coburg (Melbourne) warehouse.

Stock availability

While we usually have all items in stock, occasionally an item may need to be ordered in. If this occurs, our team will contact you via email or phone to let you know of any expected delays.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us on (03) 9354 3222 and our friendly team will be happy to assist.

Flat rate per order for deliveries to the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
