Shipping & Returns

Shipping

With four stores in Melbourne and three warehouses, we generally have stock ready for dispatch. Where possible, orders are shipped the same day or within two business days if a stock transfer is required between our stores or warehouses.

All items are sent from our Coburg (Melbourne) warehouse daily.

While we usually have all items in stock, occasionally an item may need to be ordered in. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or phone if there are any delays in dispatching your order.

If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact our friendly team on (03) 9354 3233 and we will be happy to assist.

For shipments within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order to all states, except for Northern Territory and Western Australia, where a flat rate of $25.00 per order applies.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority at In 2 Linen.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • You have proof of purchase
  • The item has not been opened
  • The item is in saleable condition
  • The item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
  • The item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector, or pillow

Due to government health regulations, white goods — including quilts, protectors, pillows, toppers, underlays, pillow protectors, etc. — cannot be returned for change-of-mind purchases.

Management reserves the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion, a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items that have been opened.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? Simply select Click & Collect at checkout to pick up from one of our Melbourne stores — free of charge. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
