Remy washed organic cotton pillowcases are as easy to care for as they are to sleep in. We have pre-washed and pre-softened our sheets for you, all you have to do is jump straight into bed. Our unique washing process gives Remy a soft, textured feel. Once you've slept with Remy, there is no going back.

Because our entire washing & dying process is 100 per cent organic, this can mean slight shade differences between our dye lots. It's good for your skin and for the planet and adds to the organic lived-in look and feel that KUUSI is all about.

With 4 stores in Melbourne and 2 warehouses we generally have stock ready for dispatch. Where possible we ship all in stock orders the next day or within 3 business days if we are wating on a stock transfer betweeen our stores/warehouses.

Items are sent from our Coburg warehouse in Melbourne daily.

Generally we have in stock all items but occasionally we may have to order an item in - we will notify you via email or phone if there is going to be any delays to your order being sent.

For shipments within Australia we charge a Flat rate of 12.00 - $15.00 per order depending on your Post Code

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
· you have proof of purchase;
· the item has not been opened;
· the item is in saleable condition;
· the item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
· the item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector or pillow

We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases, exchange only. Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases. Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.

Product Care

100% Combed Cotton

Cold gentle machines wash no more than 40 degrees. Do not use hot water as this may shrink your sheets
Wash separately before use. In front loaders, reduce RPM to 800 or 1000 to retain maximum softness
Use liquid soap, but do not over soap as this may leave marks on your sheets and affect the softness
Do not bleach. Some cosmetic and hair care products may contain peroxides that can bleach your sheets
After washing remove your sheets as soon as possible and shake out sheets prior to drying to remove creasing
Line dry out of direct sunlight or tumble dry on low
Iron on reverse if necessary but ironing can affect the vintage washed texture. For best results put them on the bed and use the time you’ve saved to sleep
