Shipping & Stock Information

With 4 retail stores across Melbourne and 2 dedicated warehouses, we aim to keep most items in stock and ready to ship.

Fast Dispatch:

  • In-stock orders are typically dispatched the same day or within 3 business days, depending on stock availability and internal transfers between our locations.

  • All orders are shipped daily from our Coburg warehouse in Melbourne.

Stock Availability:
We strive to keep all listed items in stock. In rare cases where an item needs to be ordered in, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone regarding any expected delays.

Shipping Rates – Australia

  • Standard Flat Rate: $15.00 per order

  • WA & NT Customers: $25.00 per order (due to higher shipping costs)


International Orders

International buyers are welcome! Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

  • Payment Method for International Orders: PayPal only

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At In2Linen, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, we’re happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You can provide proof of purchase

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in saleable condition

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • The item is not one of the following:

    • Quilt

    • Underblanket

    • Underlay

    • Mattress topper

    • Mattress protector

    • Pillow

Please note: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases—exchange only.

Due to Government Health Regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on white goods (including quilts, protectors, pillows, toppers, underlays) for change-of-mind reasons.


Important Information

  • Management reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply at our discretion for any items that have been opened.
